If you read about the history of filming Frank Herbert's book "Dune", you will find soundtracks planned by Pink Floyd, realised by Brian Eno with Toto and nowadays by Hans Zimmer.
The later inspired me to try it with a complete new approach of my own music. This was a real challenge to make a soundtrack with a libary of 150.000 sounds, and this is a variation to underline the actual film by Denis Villeneuve.
This work was inspired by watching the premiere in cinema last September. The draft of the following morning you find here:

It took me 25 minutes with NI Absynth, Prism, Pharlight, Mysteria, Action Strikes and Ethno World by 60 bpm. Then combined it on the official trailer with a minimum of time corrections. Et voila.
I meant I was on a right path and composed the following tracks according to a Wikipedia article:

The epos Dune is so great, my interpretation is just a little grain of sand...
